Guitar, Repertoire
Devin Champlin is a friend of the guitar and a musician through and through. He's played on stages across the country over the past two decades with various bands, including The Sons of Rainier, The Crow Quill Night Owls, The Gallus Brothers, and Maria Muldaur's Garden of Joy Jugband. He's equally comfortable playing fingerstyle country blues, backup guitar for fiddle tunes, mandolin rags, greasy fiddle, as well as writing and performing his original songs. He revels in tune circles, song swaps, and loves harmony singing. He also is a guitar builder/repairman and runs a vintage/used instrument shop downtown Bellingham. He's taught workshops at various festivals up and down the West coast and is really excited to return to PSGW!
